This notice explains how The New Beverley Group Inc., a British Columbia corporation, collects and uses personal information when you visit our websites, subscribe to a list, or open one of our emails. We aim to be straightforward and to collect only what we need.

1.What we collect

Two categories of information:

Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you submit a signup form, plus any optional answers you choose to provide on questionnaires.

Information collected automatically. Standard server and analytics signals such as IP address, coarse geographic location derived from IP, browser and device characteristics, timestamps, pages viewed, referring URL, and advertising attribution parameters (for example UTM tags and click identifiers) when you arrive from an ad.

2.Tools and processors we use

We use a small set of trusted vendors to operate the site, deliver our emails, measure advertising, and understand how readers use the site. Each receives only the information needed for its role.

Google Tag Manager
Loads and orchestrates the analytics and advertising tags listed below. Operated by Google LLC.
Google Ads
Conversion measurement and audience matching for our paid search and display campaigns. Operated by Google LLC.
Meta Pixel
Conversion measurement and audience matching for our paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Microsoft Clarity

IPInfo
Server-side coarse geographic lookup from IP address; sets no cookie in your browser. Operated by IPinfo.io, Inc.
Resend
Transactional and broadcast email delivery and audience storage for our newsletter and alerts. Operated by Resend, Inc.
Vercel
Hosting platform for the website. Receives standard server logs (IP, request path, timestamp, user agent). Operated by Vercel Inc.

3.How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the newsletter, briefings, and alerts you signed up for.
  • Authenticate subscription and unsubscribe requests so the right person controls each address.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, including detecting fraud, abuse, and scraping.
  • Measure the efficacy of our advertising and editorial campaigns in aggregate.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of use.

For Canadian readers, we rely on the consent framework in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and equivalent provincial legislation. You provide express consent when you submit a signup form, and implied consent for closely related communication and site-operation processing. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in section 8.

For commercial-email recipients in Canada, we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we identify the sender, include a valid postal address, and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

5.Sharing

We share personal information only with the processors listed in section 2, and only as needed for them to perform the role described. We do not sell or rent email addresses, and we do not share subscriber lists with issuers we cover (paid or otherwise). We may disclose information if required by law, lawful subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the company or others.

6.Retention

We retain subscription data for as long as you remain on a list and for a short period afterwards so we can honour your unsubscribe and prevent re-adding you in error. Server and analytics logs are retained per each provider's defaults (typically 30 to 90 days for raw logs and longer for aggregated data). We delete personal information sooner on valid request as described in section 8.

7.International transfers

Several of our processors are based in the United States or operate global infrastructure. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored outside of Canada and may be subject to lawful access requests in those jurisdictions. We choose vendors with industry-standard security and contractual data protection.

8.Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to withdraw consent for processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to team@stocktrademarket.com with the subject line Privacy request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before disclosing information.

You can also remove yourself from any of our lists instantly via /unsubscribe or the one-click link in any of our emails.

9.Children

Stocktrade is not directed at children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, write to us and we will delete it.
