4.Email Subscriptions

Where the Creator offers email briefings, alerts, or other commercial electronic messages, we send them only to recipients who have provided express consent through one of our signup forms. Every message identifies the sender, includes a valid postal address, and provides a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. You may also visit /unsubscribe directly to remove yourself from any list at any time. The email program is operated to be compliant with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable commercial-email laws in the jurisdictions we send into.

6.Governing Law

This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by the Creator from its offices within the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By accessing This Site, you and the Creator agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, This Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the Province of British Columbia or the federal laws of Canada, as applicable, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.
